Auxiliadora is a Senior Associate in Kinship’s Corporate and Company Law Department. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and commercial contracts.

Her work is mainly focused on providing legal solutions to national and international clients, with special attention to M&A transactions, international corporate restructurings and investment transactions in Spain.

With a solid track record in the field of foreign investments, Auxiliadora advises companies and family groups in the planning and execution of investment projects in Spain, as well as in the restructuring of multinational business groups.

In addition, Auxiliadora has experience in the real estate sector, where she advises clients on the acquisition, sale and development of residential real estate assets.

Auxiliadora is fluent in English and Spanish.

• Advising on the transfer of a major family business group established in the UK and Spain dedicated to real estate development to an international investment company listed in Abu Dhabi.

• International relocations of various companies from non- EU countries to Spain, as well as the implementation of various reorganizations of international group’s structures.
• Design and execution of international restructuring strategies and corporate advice for corporate groups with subsidiaries and assets in many countries.

• Advising international investors on the acquisition of residential and commercial properties in the Spanish real estate market, especially in Madrid and the Costa del Sol.
