Clarisa Egaña is a lawyer registered in both Spain and Argentina. She has more than ten years of international experience in providing legal advice on international mobility, immigration, labour law and social security. Throughout her career she has accompanied multinational companies and individuals with a global presence, managing complex cases and developing tailor-made legal solutions in Spain, Argentina and Peru.
She is currently a Senior Associate in the International Mobility area of Kinship, where she advises international companies, highly qualified professionals and high net worth individuals on immigration, labour and social security issues. Her work is developed in close coordination with the rest of Kinship’s teams, offering a comprehensive approach tailored to the needs of each client.
Throughout his professional career, she has worked in Spain, Argentina and Peru, which has allowed him to acquire a deep and practical knowledge of the regulatory and operational frameworks of each jurisdiction. Prior to joining Kinship, she held senior positions in international firms, leading global mobility portfolios, designing corporate expatriation policies and providing specialised advice on immigration compliance, social security and labour relations in multinational contexts.
